Oxford Professional Education is committed to delivering high-quality continuing education programs for insurance and legal professionals. We understand that circumstances may require a change to registration, and we aim to provide a fair, transparent, and compliant refund policy consistent with applicable state regulatory requirements.
Cancellation by Participant
Participants may request a refund by submitting a written cancellation request by email to Oxford Professional Education at info@oxfordproed.com.
- Live programs, including in-person programs and live webinars: Full refunds will be issued for cancellations received at least 72 hours before the scheduled program start time.
- Live program cancellations within 72 hours: Cancellations received within 72 hours of the program are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to a future program of equal value.
- On-demand or self-study programs: Refunds will be issued if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 25% of the course content has been accessed and course completion requirements have not been met.
- Completed on-demand or self-study programs: No refunds will be granted once course completion requirements have been met or credit has been reported to the applicable state regulatory authority.
Substitutions
Registrants may substitute another participant at no additional cost at any time before the start of the program. Written notice must be provided in advance.
Program Cancellation or Rescheduling by Oxford Professional Education
Oxford Professional Education reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
- If a program is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund or may elect to transfer their registration to another program.
- If a program is rescheduled, participants may choose to attend the rescheduled program or request a full refund.
Technical Issues for Online Programs
If a participant experiences significant technical difficulties that prevent access to a live or on-demand program, Oxford Professional Education will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund or transfer may be granted at the company's discretion.
No-Show Policy
Participants who fail to attend a scheduled live program without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.
Credit Eligibility and Completion Requirements
Refund eligibility does not guarantee CE or CLE credit. Participants must meet all applicable attendance, participation, and course completion requirements in accordance with state regulations to receive credit.
For insurance continuing education programs, credit is awarded only upon full completion of course requirements, including verified participation and, where applicable, successful completion of required examinations.
Reporting of Credits
Oxford Professional Education reports CE and CLE course completions to applicable state regulatory systems in accordance with required reporting timelines. Once credit has been reported to a state regulatory authority, refunds may no longer be available.
Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued using the original method of payment.
Compliance with State Regulations
All refund determinations are made in accordance with applicable state insurance continuing education and continuing legal education regulations. Oxford Professional Education reserves the right to modify this policy as necessary to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oxford Professional Education reserves the right to update or revise this policy at any time to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory standards.
