Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or submitting information through our forms, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit materials through it.

Separate written agreements, statements of work, or service-specific terms may also apply. If there is a conflict, the more specific written agreement controls for that service.

Services

Oxford Professional Education provides professional education support, including program intake, accreditation coordination, certificate workflows, records support, and related CLE, CE, and CPE services.

Availability, scope, timelines, and requirements may vary by program, jurisdiction, provider, accrediting body, or client engagement.

Atlas Compliance Service

Atlas Compliance is an administrative tracking and document-management service designed to help customers organize professional education requirements, deadlines, credit categories, and supporting records for jurisdictions that the service supports.

Atlas does not provide legal advice, make an official determination of licensure or continuing education compliance, or replace a regulator's records. Rules, exemptions, credit classifications, deadlines, and authority decisions control and may change. You are responsible for confirming the requirements that apply to you, the accuracy and eligibility of credits, completion and reporting deadlines, retention of original records, and any required filings or fees.

Unless a written Enterprise Order Form expressly states otherwise, Oxford does not file, certify, or report compliance for you. Dashboard calculations and reminders are informational and do not extend a legal deadline.

Accounts and Organization Authority

You must provide accurate account information, protect account credentials, restrict use to authorized users, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law.

If you create an account, invite users, or request services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization and to provide the submitted professional and workforce information.

Plans, Billing, and Automatic Renewal

Before billing information is requested, the order summary will identify the selected plan, quantity or seat count, amount due, applicable billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method, refund rule, and any taxes or mandatory fees. You must affirmatively authorize recurring charges before a paid subscription begins.

Personal subscriptions automatically renew for the same monthly or annual billing period selected at checkout until canceled. You authorize Oxford and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for each renewal and applicable taxes. If payment fails, access may be limited or suspended after reasonable notice.

We will provide notice of material subscription changes and price changes as required by applicable law. A higher price will not be charged without the notice or consent required for the customer and transaction.

Cancellation and Subscription Refunds

Personal customers may cancel online at any time through the account billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the current paid billing period unless law requires a different result.

Paid subscription periods are not partially refunded or credited except where required by law, where a checkout offer expressly states otherwise, or where Oxford approves a billing correction. Enterprise cancellation, nonrenewal, credits, and refunds are controlled by the applicable Order Form.

Course registration refunds remain governed by the separate Refund and Cancellation Policy.

User Submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and authorization of information and documents you submit. This includes program details, speaker credentials, attendance information, request forms, uploaded files, and contact details.

You represent that you have the right to submit the materials and that doing so does not violate the rights of another person or organization.

Professional Education Requirements

Accreditation, reporting, certificate, and professional education requirements are subject to rules set by applicable jurisdictions, boards, regulators, and accrediting authorities.

We may assist with processing and coordination, but approval decisions and rule interpretations may remain with the relevant accrediting authority or other responsible body.

Permitted Use

You may use this website for lawful professional education, program submission, service request, and communication purposes.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security tools, upload malicious files, submit false information, scrape systems, or use the website in a way that disrupts services or violates law.

Uploaded Materials

Between the parties, you retain ownership of information and files you submit. You grant Oxford a nonexclusive license to host, copy, process, scan, display, and transmit those materials only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the contracted service.

Uploaded materials may be reviewed, stored, processed, converted, or transmitted as needed to provide requested services. Do not upload client-confidential or privileged material, Social Security numbers, full payment-card data, health or biometric information, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

We may reject, remove, or decline to process submissions that appear incomplete, unsafe, unauthorized, unlawful, or outside the scope of our services.

Third-Party Services

The website and related workflows may rely on third-party services for hosting, cloud storage, email delivery, security verification, payment processing, document handling, or other operational needs.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

Enterprise Services and Order Forms

Enterprise service begins only after an authorized customer representative signs an Order Form or other written agreement. That agreement may state seats, scope, fees, taxes, term, renewal, cancellation, onboarding, support, administrator access, data handling, security commitments, service levels, and offboarding terms.

If a signed Enterprise Order Form conflicts with these terms, the Order Form controls for that engagement. Enterprise administrators may be able to view, manage, or export professional profiles and related records for authorized users in their organization.

Suspension and Termination

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users, address unlawful or prohibited use, respond to a security risk, or resolve nonpayment. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

Customers should retain original records and export needed materials before account access ends. Applicable retention, export, and deletion periods are described in the Privacy Policy or a written Enterprise agreement and may be subject to legal or operational retention duties.

No Warranty

The website and Atlas Compliance service are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the website, calculations, reminders, third-party source data, or service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or free from all harmful components, or that use will result in regulatory compliance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oxford Professional Education is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use or inability to use the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oxford's aggregate liability for claims arising from a paid Atlas Compliance subscription will not exceed the fees paid for that subscription during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. A signed Enterprise agreement may provide different limits.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Oxford Professional Education from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the services, material breach of these terms, or submission of materials that you did not have authority to provide. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Oxford's own unlawful conduct.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our website, systems, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above reflects the latest version posted on this website.
