Clear before you continue

Service terms without the fine-print tricks.

Important: Atlas Compliance helps organize and monitor information. Licensing and accrediting authorities set the controlling rules, and customers remain responsible for confirming requirements, deadlines, credit eligibility, records, and required filings.
What Atlas Compliance does—and does not do

Atlas Compliance provides administrative tracking and document-management tools. It does not provide legal advice, make official compliance determinations, or change a regulator’s requirements. Unless a written Enterprise Order Form expressly says otherwise, Oxford does not file, certify, or report compliance for you.

Personal subscription, renewal, and cancellation

The selected Personal plan renews automatically for the same monthly or annual billing period until canceled. The checkout summary will show the amount due, billing frequency, renewal timing, taxes, and cancellation method before payment information is requested.

Customers can cancel online at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the current paid period. Partial-period refunds are not provided except when required by law or expressly stated in the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

Customer information and uploaded files

Customers retain ownership of their content and authorize Oxford to host, copy, process, scan, display, and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. Customers must have authority to upload each file and must keep registration and license information accurate.

Do not upload client-confidential or privileged material, Social Security numbers, full payment-card data, health or biometric information, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive data.

Enterprise agreements

Enterprise service begins only after an authorized representative signs an Order Form. That document states seats, scope, price, term, renewal, cancellation, onboarding, support, administrative access, data handling, and any service commitments. If an Order Form conflicts with general terms, the Order Form controls for that engagement.

Availability, warranties, and responsibility

Dashboard calculations and courtesy reminders are informational. Rules and authority decisions may change, and customers are responsible for original records, required filings, fees, and deadline compliance. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise that calculations, third-party source data, reminders, or operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Questions, answered plainly

Before you choose a plan.

Does Atlas Compliance file or report credits to my bar?

No, not unless Oxford expressly agrees to that service in a written Enterprise Order Form. Atlas Compliance is an administrative tracking and document-management workspace.

Are the displayed requirements official?

No. The relevant bar, licensing body, or accrediting authority controls the official rule. Atlas Compliance is designed to help organize the information, but you should confirm current requirements with the controlling authority.

How do I cancel a Personal subscription?

You can cancel online from Account → Billing at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. A confirmation is provided when cancellation is completed.

What happens to uploaded files after cancellation?

Before launch, the final retention and export window will be stated in the Terms and Privacy Notice. Customers should retain original records independently and should export needed materials before access ends.

Who can view records in an Enterprise account?

Authorized organization administrators may be able to view, manage, or export professional profiles and related records. The Order Form, privacy notice, and administrator setup will define access before service begins.

Which jurisdictions are supported?

The production signup will show the current supported-jurisdiction list before purchase. Support for a jurisdiction does not mean endorsement or approval by that jurisdiction’s authority.
